PRINCIPLE
Energy sources and conversions:There are three types of energy sources for homogenization equipment: electrical energy, hydraulic energy, and gas energy. The AlTESEN high pressure homogenization equipment is driven by motors and uses electrical energy as the energy source of the equipment.
Energytransmission:After receiving energy, the power source transfers it to the working unit through their respective conversion mechanisms, which can be transmitted through various methods such as mechanical linkages, belts, or gears. This process is carefully designed and manufactured to ensure the most stable energy transmission and minimize losses.
The use of energy:The equipment design is based on the process requirements and regulatory specifications for drug development and production, and can be used for the implementation of processes such as purification, solvent removal, and concentration of liposomes,lipid nanopartices,and other formulations.
