PRINCIPLE
AlTESEN hand push liposome extruder utilizes hand thrust as a power to force the sample in the glass syringe through the internal Pcmembrane of the extrusion unit, thereby reduce the particle size of liposome and improving their distribution.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The entire HPEx-L1 can be temperature controlled using a water bath to ensure better extrusion performance.
